Screening ensures that we are both comfortable with each other and are able to enjoy our time together.  All information provided in the Contact Form (see below) is considered confidential and will be discarded promptly after our first date. 

 

Please include at minimum your name, email address and / or phone number, and any board handles, if applicable. 

 

I also require ONE of the following:

• A reference from another independent provider whom you have seen in the past six months.

• I do not accept references from agencies.

• A scanned ID.

• A verifiable Linked-in profile with a picture.

 

Please note that I do not accept any booking without proper screening, and that a small deposit may be required for new suitors to set up a date.
